Face Forward Intelligence Report Release #4
The fourth Face Forward Intelligence Report reflects another month of growth, with comments analysed growing from 352,244 to 425,483 comments, and those removed from 165,678 to 185,554.
An estimated 3,093 hours of staff time was saved over the month, the equivalent of over 19.3 full-time employees.
Facebook continues to drive the most harmful content, with 92% of all comments and 94% of all abusive content.
Identity-based abuse continues, with sexist content overtaking racist content for the first time since tracking began.
Face Forward Intelligence Report Release #2
In June, Face Forward nearly doubled in participants, and the data grew with it. Across 57,219 comments, the initiative auto-removed 20,992 pieces of harmful content, saving an estimated 350 hours of staff time. That's two full-time employees freed from moderating abuse and returned to the work they were hired to do.
